      The growth an individual can experience in the company is exponential. No silos in departments and great atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Small company so there are some personality challenges that have not been addressed.

      Avantages

      People, especially my supervisor/mentor, are very friendly and always willing to help. I got to work on real projects that actually mattered, not just side tasks. The company has a relaxed environment but still feels professional. I learned a ton about how software supports scientific research, which was really cool.

      Inconvénients

      Since the company’s work is very specialized, it can take a while to understand things.
