The CEO and CTO are very collaborative. Beautiful balance between everyone taking their responsibilities very seriously and an easy going office culture. Remote employees are always engaged in meetings via video conferencing. Numerous on-going resources for job training and skill building.

I've never worked for a company that is so appreciative of employee contributions and dedicated to employee and client happiness. As a company, Singlebrook values craftsmanship, great design and programming, happiness, and benefiting the community—and every project, whether client or internal, serves to support these endeavors. There is a sense of community and teamwork at Singlebrook, and a sense of mentorship and learning, that extends beyond typical workplace interactions. From working with other developers to participating in company "Lunchtime Learning" sessions, I continuously gained knowledge from my coworkers, all of whom are skilled at their respective crafts, be it web design, Drupal programming, Rails development, etc. (Weekly paid Game Time, happy hours and holiday celebrations, and monthly company lunches didn't hurt, either!).
