      It's all a trap: Very good pay - You have to give up your personal life bc Erica will demand more from you every time. Some bonus pay - She will use this against you for something going wrong in the company (it's her fault since she is always MICROMANAGING). Vacation pay- She will make sure you don't rest and make you feel bad about taking the day off. She will call you on your day off to know what's going on with work. ERIKA will make sure you receive a lot of emails and demands to be responded to even if you are out of the office. "Always follow the process documents" that are not up to date or are wrong causing the worker to make a mistake. Goof benefit Yoga Class provided

      Avantages

      Bug-A-Salt is a fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! We have an excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The owners really cares about their employees. You may have to work late sometimes, but that is balanced with lots of company wide days off (the most of any company I've worked for). Overall, it's a fair tradeoff.

      Inconvénients

      It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working at the company. If you're not a self-starter, or if you can't handle straightforward feedback and directions, this might not be a good fit. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. and your extra effort will be noticed and rewarded.

      If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. BUG-A-SALT (Skell Inc.) is such a poorly run company that upper management had to force employees to write positive reviews. If you're considering a position at this company, please do your homework and look at the positive reviews. Notice how they are all similar? Humiliation and threatening to terminate are all on the table at this company.
