      Avantages

      The company is very flexible, and every staff there is friendly. The seniors always respond positively to the freshers.

      Inconvénients

      The company sometimes lacks leadership and freshers might get confused about what task is on the priority first. Sometimes changes are brought at the last moment which puts pressure to employees.
