6yThanks for sharing your experience! Indeed, we assume all the team is distributed, and rely on online tools rather than the odd "water cooler conversation" between people that happen to be in the office to ensure communication flows smoothly.
I hear you about the stress of taking on ambitious projects for high profile clients in the past and stretching the team. Not sure when you worked at /Data. In 2019 our priorities are based on a 100% top-down goal setting, starting from 3-year goals (reviewed annually) to 1-year goals, 1 year strategic priorities and 3 month goals down to each individual team member. Goals are agreed with each person every 3 months and so it's up to each individual to be accountable for their goals.
