Management has all been hired in laterally at their roles so they don't have any understanding of the jobs their people are doing nor the tools they work with. If you work here know that it will quickly become boring and unfulfilling, since you won't be learning much. Company paid an expensive consulting group to tell them what was wrong with the company and they told them it was management... They fired the consulting company because they couldn't take a hard look in the mirror...
