Avantages
1. Will get salary to feed your self. 2. Working in here you would have option to tag your self with MNC brand which is SAFRAN. However smart chip culture is very matching with typical lala (Street merchant) Culture.
Inconvénients
1. After working there one would really realised sooner or later that it is wastage of time and efforts. 2. Company will hide facts as CTC and in hand salary is concerned. 3. They deduct medical insurance from your CTC. 4. Will note give you good hike. 5. Least learning. 6. You will be see people around with education qualifications even less than intermediate. 7. They will say it's five day working but for sure they will put you in a project which will demand 6 day working. 8. If you are not satisfied and want to switch company then whatever reason you state for job change they they marked the same reason on experience letter. Trust me this happened with me.
