      Avantages

      If one has good relations with management, you can apply for lot of leaves and get them approved. Also permission is granted to chosen few for long period of work from home.

      Inconvénients

      General Manager has all the powers. A mediocre organization with poor list of unstable clients and poor leadership who has failed time and again to set a tone of accountability, being available only as a Puppet and lacking focus to do what's best for the Team and the Firm. GM is always ready to blame others, though the goof-up was from her side. The GM is selfish and self-serving, Un-Civil and mean, ready to insult others in Public, is incompetent, always making bad decisions, resulting in disasters. There is no qualified HR Team that can look into the grievances and unfairness as the GM considers herself as the supreme knowledgeable HR. A passable leader with poor planning and strategies that leads to a toxic environment, is putting the Firm at risk.

We are pleased you enjoyed more than 3 years of employment with us (it can't have been as bad as you suggest to stick with it for four years!). Recollections differ about your time with us. We now have over 300 happy staff. Our headcount is growing quickly. Our customer base is growing quickly too. We are regularly getting referrals from our staff to fill the many openings we have.       Avantages

      Nothing apart from WFH opportunity

      Inconvénients

      A lot of cons : they make your life hell have trackers in laptops will have ss of every activity you do . For TA roles they provide phones and expects 4-6 hours of calling as if it’s a desk job not a sourcer or recruiter role . The management are so weird with the allotment of budgets they won’t give linkdln recruiter and Naukri access but will spend thousands for micromananging tools . More to it biasesness in terms of geography . The worst 9-5 one can get and most fun part mostly all the reviews mentioned are fake or a forced to be written by the organisation . I have seen messages myself circulating in teams to provide good reviews and stuff . If u join them they expect not to take even a single day off for 3 months probabation, for sick leave more than 2 days u need to provide consultation slip like a school kid

      Avantages

      Good learning opportunities and a supportive team. Flexible work environment with helpful management. Great exposure to candidate management and hiring processes.

      Some processes could be more streamlined.
