      Avantages

      Management gives you the autonomy to run your business; they don't micro manage but are willing to step in and help when needed. The team is close knit, collaborative and encourage each other. Exciting industry to be in, good benefits, compensation and work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Not for everyone - the people who are most successful are willing to put in the extra time and effort.
