the people are great to work with but the pay is average and the work is intereresting

Inconvénients

pay is average but their promotions are very hard. its easier to find a new job than to get promoted at smartthings things.

- Given lots of opportunities - Respectful people - Hard work is often recognized

- Can be extremely fast paced at times - Last minute feature requests from Samsung is not uncommon.
