      Avantages

      Good teamwork environment in my case. Nice products and good to learn about furniture, fabrics, materials etc. Very nice customers in general. Working hours and flexibility

      Inconvénients

      Not very good if you are looking for a decent salary or well paid job. Not many incentives or bonus to motivate the staff and compensate for the low salary scheme. Not good staff discounts or rewards. Poor management

      Avantages

      great product, fast paced and dynamic, great friendly atmosphere, amazing opportunities to get exposure and take on real responsibilities

      Inconvénients

      it's still a relatively small company and therefore sometimes you have to get your hands dirty doing some basic stuff too. it's great though- it's the real deal!

      The concept itself is ingenious Product is actually quite nice and high quality Staff members are fun and personable Location is great Plenty of freebies

      Inconvénients

      Management or lack thereof No formal training; very "sink or swim" Compensation is based upon how much management likes you, not the work you do.
