      The sale teams were lovely and always happy to help

      Inconvénients

      Upper management (regional level and above) were ineffective and passive aggressive. Also just generally a boring job with very little to actually do

      Avantages

      great product, fast paced and dynamic, great friendly atmosphere, amazing opportunities to get exposure and take on real responsibilities

      Inconvénients

      it's still a relatively small company and therefore sometimes you have to get your hands dirty doing some basic stuff too. it's great though- it's the real deal!

      The concept itself is ingenious Product is actually quite nice and high quality Staff members are fun and personable Location is great Plenty of freebies

      Inconvénients

      Management or lack thereof No formal training; very "sink or swim" Compensation is based upon how much management likes you, not the work you do.
