Avantages

Posting on social media about your leadership which is 99% men and announcing women's returnship program after career break in the same post is an example of Gender stereotyping . Are you trying to say that only men can be leaders and women will have to be associated with only maternity? So how many women VP's and Sr VP's do we have in R&D - none, How many Directors / Sr directors are women in Bangalore office - none Atleast do you have a single lady architect - none. And this is what we see across R&D , HR , Accounts .... And what is the HR doing ? Isnt it their duty to ensure inclusion in the org ? But what can we say when people are chasing titles and want to sit in comfy cubicles and call that as "Open door policy"
