      Remote friendly Flexible Work-life balance / many with kids and health concerns

      Inconvénients

      low pay not much work incoming ceo joined and left before a year-end too much detail on metrics and forecasting, not enough on the skill and work being delivered. resources need to be on-the-ball, too many being outsourced

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
