Avantages

The only good part was the coworkers at your same level — everyone was trying to survive.

Inconvénients

Toxic culture: Leadership thrives on overworking and underpaying people. Morale is nonexistent. False promises: They tell you a promotion and raise are coming… and then a year later, nothing. Meanwhile, you get more work and zero recognition. No backfill: When someone quits, their workload gets dumped on you — indefinitely. Unfair treatment: They even laid off people who had already given notice to leave on good terms. Wage issues: Hourly employees were never paid for late lunches — repeatedly. Layoffs: Constant. No warning, no empathy, no accountability.

Avantages

None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

Inconvénients

- high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
