      Avantages

      Freie Getränke, täglicher Obstkorb und einmal die Woche ein Mittagessen

      Inconvénients

      Amerikanisches Unternehmen, was deutlich spürbar ist. Allgemein Unzufriedenheit unter den Mitarbeitern, es wird nicht offen kommuniziert. Generelles Chaos im Moment, Standortschließung, ständige Geschäftsführungswechsel etc.

Following the closure of our offices in Neuss and Döbeln will have been working closely with our colleagues to support the relocation to our German office headquarters in Berlin.       Avantages

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Inconvénients

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
