      Remote work, decent pay and good benefits

      Inconvénients

      Management is horrendous from upper management to lower management. No accountability from any other departments. The software updates don’t fix the existing issues that need to be fixed and customer support is non existent. Billing department hasn’t got it right is 2023.

      Avantages

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Inconvénients

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
