      Avantages

      Lots of optimism and goodwill to make the best of things

      Inconvénients

      Lost any sense of realism. The talentmanagers are gone which is a blow to the services they provide. This is a result of poor management and a lack of succes in deals. I fear now that talentmanagement is gone, you have lost everything that made the program unique and I think sales will be even worse.

      Avantages

      - Opportunity to work for big corporates in the financial sector. - Doing multiple assignment, at different big corporates during the program. - Assignment coaching and performance management to reflect and help you succeed in your client assignment. - Relaxed and informal atmosphere at the company; no prominent hierarchy. - Many social activities at the Hup, office nicely located at the Maliebaan in Utrecht.

      Inconvénients

      - Wide range of assignments, you must like to give substance to the program yourself. - training program is quite free to fill in and still in development. - You must love working independently for a client and also make your own contribution internally
