      Micromanage everything No team work All work supposedly done by 3 top directors No others work is accounted for or appreciated. No sense of hierarchy. Office politics. Extremely toxic work culture.

      Emil our CEO is actively involved, a true leader and reachable by any employee. Privately owned company. Best CAM Software on the Market. Innovation and ideas are actively encouraged throughout the Org.

      Inconvénients

      Growth pains but company is adapt to hire and distribute workload as needed.

      Avantages

      The Health Insurance is Good.

      Inconvénients

      They just fired their 5th COO, the owner is incredibly incompetent and will eventually destroy the company. The employees have no respect for him and he constantly send them on fools' errands in a desperate attempt to grow the business. The puppets he puts in place to manage are just "yes men" there to keep him from having to get the employees to do his unsuccessful and time consuming initiatives.
