      I left the company on my own terms and got out before being unfairly terminated for a mistake I did not even get the chance to make.

      - Constant anxiety and fear throughout the entire time working here - Management casually lays off employees as if it means nothing - Even minor mistake can put employees at risk of being targeted - Employees can quickly end up on the next wave of firings - The environment is unstable, unpredictable, and intimidating - There is no real sense of job security at any time

      This is a job for those who enjoy digging into user behavior data and identifying patterns. A lot of the projects are aimed at understanding how people think and make decisions. You get to work with different kinds of data and apply various research methods, so it’s not the same thing every day. The team shares ideas openly and is happy to discuss findings or approaches when a coworker is stuck. There’s also solid pay and a good amount of independence in how you manage your workload.

      Some data takes a lot of time and mental effort to interpret, so your brain will feel like mush now and then.
