      Sehr gute Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten. Der Mitarbeiter wird geschätzt. Ideen werden, soweit möglich, bereitwillig umgesetzt. Die Firma befindet sich seit Jahren deutlich im Aufschwung.

      Inconvénients

      Relativ hohe Stundenzahl. Verdienst ist im Verhältnis zu anderen Firmen deutlich zu gering.

      Flexibility in work hours, remote work available for some positions.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay. No resources to do things. Controlled entirely by parent company in Germany, little input in US to decision making.
