The culture at the Toronto office, especially, has been notably toxic, although not impacting me directly as I navigate their dynamics. However, it poses a significant challenge for others, particularly newcomers. The environment is unwelcoming, marked by cliquish behavior, and the primary route for advancement appears to be constant socializing with a specific group. Despite my active involvement, there has been minimal intervention when certain actions have crossed the line.
