      Avantages

      the group of people that i worked along side of for 12 plus years , it was a secondary family especially after 9 hours a day

      Inconvénients

      the down side of API is that upper management is destroying this company with all the six figure salaries. the old adage is to many chiefs and not enough indians .

      Avantages

      A 4-day work week is super nice, but I would rather work at a company with a 5-day work week that pays much better and values its employees.

      Inconvénients

      No growth opportunities, and the pay is terrible. The workload is too much for the lack of people on the team, and you don't get a bonus, no matter how hard you work. The company preaches growth opportunities and brags about how they are growing and always exceeding profit goals, but if you aren't high enough in the company, you won't be rewarded for it. I would say 80% of the employees are underpaid, and it's only a 2%-3% raise each year.
