      Avantages

      Fairly relaxed environment. I was not micro managed.

      Inconvénients

      The owner doesn't seem to have a clue. No matter what his employees say he seems to have his own way to do things and does it his way anyway. For a small company they didn't seem to care much about the employees. The pay rate is very low for the industry. Probably 10-15k less than similar jobs in similar area.

      Avantages

      Small company, very concerned with cultural fit

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of say one thing and do another. One thing is said to you while another is said about you. Management doesn't listen to the employees and nothing ever happens. There is a lot of change for the sake of change but nothing ever comes of it.
