      Avantages

      I currently work with a great group of individuals. The Leadership Team has a wonderful working relationship and we have fun in the process which is important to me. We are extremely flexible with scheduling as well as the point system that we currently have. I don't know of any other place that you can work that has a point system that works as well as ours.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the rapid growth of the company there seems to be a shortage of parking spaces. Hopefully, they will be adding an additional parking area soon. Also, the smoking employees need to learn to put their cigarette butts into the ash trays provided by the company instead of on the ground.

      Avantages

      Teamwork is a strong part of the environment here, which makes the workplace more positive. Everyone is willing to collaborate and support one another, making it easier to get things done efficiently. Good work-life balance, as I am able to leave on time each day. The workload keeps you consistently busy throughout the day.

      Inconvénients

      Can be stressful dealing with customer issues and complaints Dependent on warehouse operations for answers sometimes

      Avantages

      Amanda in HR is amazing and easy to work with. Kim is a wonderful boss who is very supportive of her employees. They really took care of us during the holidays providing meals we ate together and working with everyone to ensure they got the time off they needed. Work/life balance is wonderful, especially for the moms, because when your day is over, you leave.

      Inconvénients

      Not much communication with others in the office, but I am not used to working in a quiet environment. I guess the quiet would be a pro.
