      Avantages

      Decent pay for exempts, vacation plan is nice, new offices are really nice. Easy commute from most anywhere. Spends money when required to make infrastructure improvements.

      Inconvénients

      Top management team doesn't appreciate the hourly employees. They make unreasonable demands and expect the lower level managers to make magic happen with very disgruntled employees. The former owner of the company, who is still an officer in the company, treats everyone like a number and doesn't listen to reality.

      Avantages

      Teamwork is a strong part of the environment here, which makes the workplace more positive. Everyone is willing to collaborate and support one another, making it easier to get things done efficiently. Good work-life balance, as I am able to leave on time each day. The workload keeps you consistently busy throughout the day.

      Inconvénients

      Can be stressful dealing with customer issues and complaints Dependent on warehouse operations for answers sometimes

      Avantages

      Amanda in HR is amazing and easy to work with. Kim is a wonderful boss who is very supportive of her employees. They really took care of us during the holidays providing meals we ate together and working with everyone to ensure they got the time off they needed. Work/life balance is wonderful, especially for the moms, because when your day is over, you leave.

      Inconvénients

      Not much communication with others in the office, but I am not used to working in a quiet environment. I guess the quiet would be a pro.
