      Some good coworkers who genuinely try to make things work despite leadership. Fast-paced industry exposure.

      Inconvénients

      Management is obsessed with control and monitoring, spending more time watching cameras than solving real problems. There is a clear disconnect between leadership and operations—many have never set foot on a warehouse floor, yet make decisions that impact it daily. The culture is built on mistrust and micromanagement rather than empowering employees. Innovation and improvement are stifled by leadership’s need to control instead of collaborate.

      Avantages

      Teamwork is a strong part of the environment here, which makes the workplace more positive. Everyone is willing to collaborate and support one another, making it easier to get things done efficiently. Good work-life balance, as I am able to leave on time each day. The workload keeps you consistently busy throughout the day.

      Can be stressful dealing with customer issues and complaints Dependent on warehouse operations for answers sometimes

      Avantages

      Amanda in HR is amazing and easy to work with. Kim is a wonderful boss who is very supportive of her employees. They really took care of us during the holidays providing meals we ate together and working with everyone to ensure they got the time off they needed. Work/life balance is wonderful, especially for the moms, because when your day is over, you leave.

      Inconvénients

      Not much communication with others in the office, but I am not used to working in a quiet environment. I guess the quiet would be a pro.
