      Avantages

      Gets snacks from company.. Ample of work so I feel secure in terms of job..

      Inconvénients

      Working with Sphinx since last 6 months.. Just saying we are MNC, but nothing like that.. No professionalism.. Need to wait till 7th of every month for salary.. Work place changes without informing employee.. No testing standards of the app.. Testers need some relief from work... Very strict environment.. Colleague doesn't help much to improve... Not happy after joining here...

      Avantages

      Very dedicated to the employees. Management is always willing to talk with you and get you where you feel you should be.

      Inconvénients

      Only thing I can think of is they really want to keep you. They will try everything they can to keep you from leaving. Not really a bad thing just makes it hard to move on.
