      Avantages

      They give salary on time but that is also less.

      Inconvénients

      They treat girls like a machine. No matter how long you need to stay in office but they want their work completed on the same day. You cant use your mobile for refreshments. So much politics is there. 2 year bond with a probation period. Your probation period may get extend if they want.

      Avantages

      Very dedicated to the employees. Management is always willing to talk with you and get you where you feel you should be.

      Inconvénients

      Only thing I can think of is they really want to keep you. They will try everything they can to keep you from leaving. Not really a bad thing just makes it hard to move on.
