      Avantages

      Employee get salary on time..

      Inconvénients

      No value to employee No proper management Can't use own mobile No growth at all.. just work Quality is not important, only no.of projects r imp Only 1 leave per month.. Very strict environment. No limit of working environment (10 to 11 hrs)

      Avantages

      Very dedicated to the employees. Management is always willing to talk with you and get you where you feel you should be.

      Inconvénients

      Only thing I can think of is they really want to keep you. They will try everything they can to keep you from leaving. Not really a bad thing just makes it hard to move on.
