      Need to come to office daily Can ask to work 24 hours and give u compensation leave for that that u can't avail due to your team leader U r at yourself no help from TL ONLY WORK PRESSURE Some time have to work on Saturdays

      Avantages

      You got to work under the guidance of most experience developers who are in it field from more than 10 years. Job stablity.

      Inconvénients

      Financial growth is slow at lower levels, Appraisal is always by percentage not by amount, if you have less sallery it will take years to have a satisfing sallery.

      They have awesome cloud based software for accounting, billing, supply chain and much more.

      I don't experience any negative thing in the company.
