Avantages
There are some interesting, knowledgeable people that have come through the doors at Splashlight but unfortunately are forced to leave very soon after. The diverse clients and projects keep the work itself interesting.
Inconvénients
The upper management is clueless how to manage. The turnover is extremely high. The higher ups are very suspicious of the staff and discouraging of growth. The management is extremely out of touch on how to manage in the modern age to keep clients and attract great employees.
