Avantages
Had some great co-workers who I learned a lot from.
Inconvénients
Upper management is completely out of touch, they keep trying to expand to new business while completely ignoring the needs of current staff, letting them flop on their faces without any support. Impossibly high volumes and expectations with barebones staff. Zero room for advancement. Freelancers have an extremely hard time getting paid.
