      Avantages

      The people there were extremely fun to work with. A great learning space due to its start-up culture. Very hands-on role. Was welcomed with many benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Lacked transparency and constant change in leadership - inconsistent processes.

      - Growing company that is moving fast, I feel like I've been able to make a real positive impact from the day I joined - Everyone is so lovely, makes such a difference working with motivated people who are approachable and humble - Doesn't feel hierarchal, can have your voice heard - Competitive pay

      Inconvénients

      None - it's busy and fast paced which I personally enjoy.
