Inconvénients
People in management positions do not communicate at all, not with each other or with employees. Constantly making terrible decisions for the warehouse. Safety in the building is not taken seriously what so ever, OSHA would have a field day in this place. PIT equipment training is poorly executed, new people on machines don't know any safety protocols because they are not taught. They make new employees do Team lift on their own to see if they're serious about the job. PIT equipment and the racks are practically falling apart. People in management positions clearly have no idea how the warehouse actually works, they will tell you to go find a team member if you have a question about a certain function, because they don't know. Extremely long hours.
