insurance is expensive and has high out of pocket deductible and co-insurance

Some really good people that aren't appreciated

Horrible pay, no work/life balance. No transparency. Fully reactive instead of proactive. Systems are so outdated it's laughable. VP has absolutely no backbone. Most managers have no idea what they're even doing.
