Avantages
Principals across the schools are true educators who dedicate themselves to leading their schools. They want the best for the communities.
Inconvénients
Leadership is constantly changing. Profit is slowly becoming the only goal. Micro managing with check lists and busy work that keeps us in offices instead of building the community and supporting staff. The message we receive is to make-do without (without repairs, without support, without leadership, without supplies, without quality, without proper budgets). Constantly asking more and more. Weekends and night work-assigning tasks well outside with a professional educator should be doin all under the their “act like owners” philosophy. They simply don’t have the best interest of the schools in mind.
