      The culture is the best I have ever experienced working anywhere. Everyone is positive, supportive, and genuinely likes each other. The training definitely sets you up for success.

      Inconvénients

      AEP hours, the money is amazing but it will burn you out.

      Avantages

      Most Managers are great, good PTO (always approved), training is great, supportive environment.

      Inconvénients

      Employee Insurance, and benefits are terrible,Unrealistic quotas, low pay for the amount of work required, misleading leads, and upper management that appears disconnected from and unconcerned about the challenges sales agents deal with daily.
