      Work from home, training and certifications paid for.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, pay decreases as you work there longer, feel unethical at times switching elderly people’s Medicare plans, lead system is 90% cold calls, AEP 10-12 hour days, always micromanaged.

      Avantages

      Most Managers are great, good PTO (always approved), training is great, supportive environment.

      Inconvénients

      Employee Insurance, and benefits are terrible,Unrealistic quotas, low pay for the amount of work required, misleading leads, and upper management that appears disconnected from and unconcerned about the challenges sales agents deal with daily.
