Avantages
Lots of rapid growth across the board: headcount, capabilities, studies/alliances, evolving into a commercial organization - it's a great experience if you've never been through it before. This company has a full and competitive comp package where you are rewarded for having skin in the game. Things are still collaborative and entrepreneurial which means you have access to your leaders and a platform to stand up on and be visible amongst your peers. Collegial vibe with a truly mission driven culture-very important during these dark pandemic days. I feel very connected to my colleagues and to our purpose because of the patient communities that we serve.
Inconvénients
Managing the changing of the guard which is typical at this phase of maturity. The old guard is being augmented with more layers and new ways of working. Some of the old ways of doing things are dying hard which means some bad behavior is surfacing. Some will inevitably leave, but at the end of the day, everyone is replaceable!
