      Avantages

      There are a few people that made working there palatable. They never missed a paycheck.

      Inconvénients

      Just about everything. Working environment - Struggle to provide suitable working conditions Pay - Below average Culture - CYA, "lets not fix the problem, lets just lie about it" Oh and if you decline to do take on anything extra you become ostracized by the "elite" core management. They have falsified statistical data to their clients, which makes you wonder what all is true in communications to their employees.

      Small company. You won't get lost in a sea of employees

      Owner is a bit quirky. First interview is like speed dating, You and several other candidates spend 5-10 minutes with multiple "Springboarders" who will ask you very personal, intrusive questions like "What was your largest purchase in the past year?" and "What was the scariest experience you've ever had?" None of the questions are designed to see if you are qualified for the job, but rather whether you will fit into their culture. Everyone gets asked the same questions regardless of what job they applied for.
