      This is a fast-paced development shop where you'll have a constant sense of accomplishment. You'll always be pushed to learn the latest technologies and produce a finished product. Our owner offers completely flexible schedules to employees who are capable of meeting these goals.

      The pros above are cons to developers who will have trouble meeting deadlines or producing quality software. Unfortunately, not all developers are cut out for or enjoy the expectations required.

      Avantages

      I have had nothing but a good experience working for this company. From the people to the chef, it has been nothing but good. I have learned SO much in the 7 months I have been here and can't wait to learn so much more!

      There are no cons for working at Spud!

      Management was awful several years ago, and I hope new leadership has changed the way they work with the employees and customers.
