      1. Leadership lacks direction, frequent changes in decisions, no consistency. 2. Constant layoffs create an unstable environment. 3. Low motivation across teams; feels like the org is on the verge of collapse. 4. Toxic work culture with poor collaboration. 5. HR and Marketing teams are highly ineffective and unprofessional.
