There was a time when StackAdapt truly buzzed with energy — everyone seemed to enjoy their work and got along well. Unfortunately, that vibe has significantly faded over time. If you're thinking about joining, it's a good idea to make sure you know what you're getting into.

Leadership quality has drastically declined, and it’s clear that many sales managers in these roles are unfit for their positions. They contribute very little, take credit for successes that aren’t theirs, and dodge accountability when things go wrong. On the product front, StackAdapt lacks meaningful differentiation from its competitors.
