      Avantages

      • Coworkers are great to work with and they'll take the time out of their day to explain something to me if I'm stuck • Have huge transparency with the CEO and CRO; they also have an open door policy for questions/feedback • Monthly 1-on-1s with the CEO for 360-feedback, career guidance, and my overall goals for the future •Flexible work schedule for an intern so I can still enjoy breaks and class expectations •Fellow employees actually listen to my suggestions that I bring up along with my QA work

      Inconvénients

      Our development cycles can lag behind, and this causes a delay in QA work / a pile-up when it is finally pushed for me to work on.

      Avantages

      The folks at Stackfolio really care about you and your life. They want to know how you're doing in totality, not just at work. Stack Fools will drop everything to help you figure out an issue outside of work when it really counts. I know I can rely on the people in my office. The work is unique. The world of finance is a nuanced one, and there is a lot to learn. I think the team really benefits from a diversity of folks that come from deep backgrounds in finance, to folks that have never even done their own taxes.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the work is intense and in a massive sprint in order to get something ready for a client, but honestly, it's a startup. I didn't expect anything else. I actually enjoy having to think on my feet to get something up and running quickly.
