      Well-structured international graduate programme with great exposure to corporate banking and client communications; possible chances of relocating abroad

      Inconvénients

      - Little mentorship for onboarding; you need to figure out the workflow procedures, hard mode for beginners. - Lower salary package compared with peers, HSBC/Citi, etc. - High pressure and poor work-life balance: the manager expects you to work overtime without compensation
