      Avantages

      Back in the day before new owners, it was an awesome place to work.

      Inconvénients

      New owners changed the focus of the app and treated their American staff very poorly. VERY BAD communication. Super high turnaround of employees. They don't care about their userbase and use the subscription model to milk them for cash. StarMaker used to have standards and cared about music and singing. The new owners only care about money.

      enjoyable job, good work environment

      not many growth opportunities, all leadership positions are only for Chinese staff. no benefits, holidays or days off.
