Avantages
Hybrid work schedule, work hours are work hours there is no expectation to work after hours or unpaid, equipment is provided
Inconvénients
Hybrid schedule is changing from 25% of the time in office to 50% of the time in office and there is nothing being done or offered to assist employees with the transition. Management is extremely metrics based and often feels unreasonable.
