Avantages
The small group makes it feel more like a family, there is less of that stuffy corporate feel. You are independent of corporate state farm. Each agency works a little different but each one gives you a base salary and range of commission that you can earn
Inconvénients
You have to be a self starter, state farm will give you the tools but you have to work hard
