      Avantages

      Work life balance is valued and employees are encouraged to exercice, be healthy, manage their stress level wich is a great benefits. There is a gym in the building. The company also operates a company car scheme.

      Inconvénients

      Progression opportunities only happen if theres an internal vacancy which is not often. This leads to people getting frustrated and talent wasted. Many people left due to the lack of opportunities.

      Avantages

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      Inconvénients

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
